ICE BREAKER TRI...american fork, utah

just a sprint...

a few of us went to the ice breaker triathlon in american fork, utah, but some opted out in preparation for nationals in lubbock, texas in a few weeks. 

distances:

300-meter swim

12 mile bike

5 K run

we did the swim in an indoor pool, but it wan't called the "ice breaker" for no reason, because once we got outside, the weather that was reported at "feels like 30" and definitely felt like it.

(we ran along the same course of the bike, just shortened a little bit)

everyone did so well! byu came out on top with lots of medals!
